Although the Fund issues many notices and reports, it operates principally under the Plan Document.  The Plan Document sets out the terms and conditions for eligibility for benefits and the complex calculation of benefits.  The Plan Document includes the Rehabilitation Plan, as discussed in more detail elsewhere.  Every year, the Fund issues a Summary of Material Modifications which explains changes made to the Plan Document and Plan provisions in the previous years.
